JANUARY ACTIVITIES:
General Site Works
- Continuous fixing of trusses and iron sheets for the remaining library, ablution blocks and 4 hostels.
- Ongoing formwork preparation, steel bending, and fixing and concrete casting for the septic tank slabs.
- Ceiling blundering installation for staff and teachers’ houses.
- Superstructure external and internal wall finishes for all structures.
- Excavating, leveling, pipe fixing and construction of manholes for the site sewer drainage system.
- Site foul water drainage system.
- Electrical and plumbing works for all structures continue.
Progress continues steadily across all structures and external works. Major milestones for the next fortnight include completing septic tank tops, advancing site drainage systems, and finalizing trusses and iron sheets for key structures. Challenges such as material delivery delays and adverse weather conditions will require close monitoring.
